Berry has more than 25 years of cargo experience in the aviation industry. Prior to joining the company, Berry held leadership roles in commercial and operational capacities at Alaska Airlines, Cargolux Airlines, Menzies Aviation and McGee Air Services. He began his career with Cargolux in 1995 as a warehouse agent, moving on to greater roles of increasing responsibility before assuming leadership positions in the ground handling sector. Berry joined Alaska Airlines in 2013, completing his tenure with the airline as Managing Director, Cargo. His most recent role was serving as President of McGee Air Services, a wholly owned ground handling subsidiary of Alaska Airlines.
Mr. Berry is a graduate of Central Washington University and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.

In the area of strategy and management/approval processes, he was in charge of the expansion program of Frankfurt airport including a new runway, Terminal 3 and Southern Expansion Area.

Before his appointment as Vice President Cargo in November 2018, he was in charge of Operational Planning in the field of terminal management. He and his team are working closely together with the Cargo Community in Frankfurt to further improve handling processes and cargo infrastructure, whether its physical or digital.

Together with his founding partner, Manel Galindo founded WebCargoNet, later WebCargo, in 2009, with the vision of making air cargo rate management more efficient. Manel combined a passion for deep technical thinking with a strong vision for air cargo digitization to scale his business, reaching over 1,500 global air cargo forwarders by 2016.

In 2016, WebCargo was acquired by the Freightos Group. With Manel at the helm, it expanded the scope of operations, implementing his vision deeper air cargo integration. By leveraging technical expertise, air cargo experience, relationships that ran deep across airlines and forwarders, and deep platform integrations, Manel was a digital air cargo pioneer, envisioning eBookings between airlines and forwarders, based on live capacity and prices. Under his leadership, WebCargo expanded to a suite of software tools for forwarders and carriers, reaching over 2,200 forwarders, internal usage at every top twenty five global forwarder, unique eBooking traction with airlines representing 20%+ of global capacity, and a drive for innovation.

Prior to WebCargo, Manel and his cofounder at WebCargoNet founded a technical marketing agency, leveraging Manel’s love for sales (before that, as a salesperson at a computer software store, he had excelled as the best salesperson in Europe) and his cofounder’s love for coding. There, they developed core expertise in both business management and technology. He has a masters degree in sales and marketing from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, and underwent executive training at the IESE Business School at the University of Navarra. He speaks frequently at cargo events such as Tranport Logiscs and TPM, has appeared in top industry publications, and is a board member at a number of other air cargo associations.

Passionate about learning & development, Celine has co-founded the Future Air Cargo Executives (FACE) program to attract, develop and retain the young talents in the air cargo industry in 2013 and the Women in Aviation & Logistics initiative to improve the gender balance within the air cargo industry in 2021.

He joined IATA in 1991 and become IATA's Global Head of Cargo in June 2014, where he had overall responsibility to deliver the agenda agreed by the Cargo Committee to support the Air Cargo industry. In February 2021, Glyn joined TIACA as its first Director general where he will work with the Board to deliver the organization's vision for a safe, profitable and united air cargo industry that embraces modern technologies and practices to sustainably and fairly serve trade and social development worldwide. Priority areas include safety, security, digitalization and innovation. He is dedicated to developing collaborative relationships and is a firm believer in supporting the next generation of industry leaders and innovators.
Glyn spends a large amount of time on outreach programs with training and other educational establishments.

Jeff Luckett is a founding member of UPS Flight Forward Inc., a new whole owned UPS subsidiary incorporated on June 14, 2019. Jeff is the Head of UAS Strategy, R&D and Acquisitions for UPS Flight Forward. This new UPS company was established to develop and manage the company’s UAS operations.
On September 27, 2019, UPSFF became the first company to receive a Standard Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate. Jeff participated in the partnership with the FAA and NCDOT on an Integration Pilot Program (IPP) in North Carolina and played a key role in the formation of the new company and the path to airline certification. On March 26, 2019, UPSFF made history by launching the first revenue drone flight and regular UAS medical delivery service in the US at WakeMed Hospital in Raleigh, NC. On September 27, 2019, UPSFF made history again by launching its maiden Part 135 revenue flight at WakeMed. This year UPS Flight Forward announced partnership with Beta Technologies with plans to integrate larger aircraft into it’s Part 135 operation.
Prior to his current leadership role, Jeff’s 32-year career at UPS has allowed him to support various areas within the broader UPS company including flight operations, flight training, industrial engineering, buildings and facilities, project management, network planning and most recently as the Long Range Planning Aircraft Acquisitions Manager for UPS Airlines. Jeff has also helped lead the UPS Airline Emergency Response Team, supported the UPS CRAF Program and has participated in numerous humanitarian aid charter operations.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Sciences Degree from the University of Louisville and an MBA in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Jeff also served in the US Navy and deployed to the Middle East on two active-duty tours with Carrier Air Wing Eleven aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln Aircraft Carrier.

She is vice-president and member of the Executive Committee of ATEIA Madrid, the Madrid Freight Forwarders Association. She is co-leader of the Industry and Logistics Forum of the Spanish Association of Executives and Board Members EJE&CON and coordinator of the Digitalization and New Technologies group of FETEIA, the Spanish Federation of Freight Forwarders; as well as coordinator of MadcargoLab, an initiative of the Association of Air Cargo professionals. Working in the Economic Regulatory Framework Section in the Air Transport Bureau, he delivers results mainly with respect to ICAO’s Strategic Objective - Economic Development of Air Transport and supports other agency objectives, as well. His specific responsibilities are: establishing policies and guidance on economic regulation, multimodal and intermodal transport (particularly digitalization) and economics of aviation activities; developing policies and guidance to facilitate access to funding for air cargo infrastructure and financing of air transport operations, particularly for air cargo and the broader supply chain; harmonizing air transport policy framework though cooperation amongst the aviation community and all aviation stakeholders; and monitoring regulatory and industry developments in international air transport.

Before coming to ICAO, Cortney had contributed to the advancement of international aviation first at the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and then at the Aerospace Industries Association, where he worked extensively with ICAO’s Air Navigation Bureau and the International Telecommunications Union on regulatory matters, including unmanned aircraft systems integration and a global framework for aviation infrastructure modernization.

Michael has served on several key government and industry committees and working groups on air cargo security, member of the TSA Aviation Security Advisory Committee air cargo working group, IATA cargo customs/security groups and the US-Canadian Cross Border Harmonization task force. He served two terms as a member of the Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee (COAC) for US Customs and Border Protection by appointment from the Secretaries of the US Department of Homeland Security and US Department of the Treasury.
